2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 459 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 01.12.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. According to prosecution case, the informant, who is an ASI, got an information that firing is going on between two groups in the village. On inspection, the villagers informed that the arms used in the said occurrence were hideen by the petitioner towards the countryard and poultry farm in the house of the accused Dev Shankar Singh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18400 of 2025(3) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that one rifle was recovered near the poultry farm of the petitioner and the petitioner has not produced any license/paper with respect to aforesaid rifle and the same recovered in compliance of the Section 100 of the Cr.P.C. and the petitioner has also been made accused in the Kudra P.S. Case 461 of 2024 filed by the Pritesh Kumar.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the illegal arms have been recovered under the poultry farm of the petitioner and he has used the same in the Kudra P.S. Case No. 461 of 2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 459 of 2024 pending in the court of ACJM-II, Kaimur.

7. Prayer is refused.
