The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, registered under Sections 341 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail prayer of the petitioner was refused on 17.01.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53672 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. He further submits that, now, six months has been elapsed. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the observation made in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 53672 of 2017, the petitioner, above named, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46215 of 2018(2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Jamui in connection with Sikandara P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016.
