Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to make payment of admitted dues to the tune of Rs 6,34,685/- against construction of 14 numbers of tube wells with installation of hand pump and platform in Nagar Panchayat, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8204 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 Petitioner has not brought on record the work order nor is there any document to support the petitioner's claim that the amount in question is admitted.

In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to issue any direction of the nature, as sought. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at a liberty to approach appropriate forum/authority for redressal of his grievances.

This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
