The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 732 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.20785 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 732 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
