Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.6.2019 in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 379 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376D/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Informant has not whispered even a single word against the petitioner rather the informant disclosed that the petitioner was also assaulted by other accused. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IV,
