2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of committing misappropriation of funds in the Jal-Nal Yojna.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioners has falsely been implicated in this case on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18261 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 basis of suspicion. The petitioners are in custody since 11.04.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Vth, Sitamarhioncerned Court below in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023.
