JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341/323/354(B)/452 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case has been lodged after two days of the occurrence. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.12.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
