The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khutauna P. S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that that there is case and counter case and members of both the sides sustained injuries in which most of the injuries sustained by the prosecution parties were found simple and superficial, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees
