JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 By way of present modification application the petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 23.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1610 of 2019 to the extent that due to some inadvertent mistake the name of police station in the address of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Ghailarh in the anticipatory bail petition and due to which, the same has also been recorded in the order dated 23.01.2019, whereas, the correct name of police station is Gwalpara.

In such view of the matter, order dated 23.01.2019 is modified to the extent that the name of police station mentioned in the address of the petitioner in order dated 23.01.2019 be read as Gwalpara instead of Ghailarh.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14449 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 This modification application is allowed and further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the court below for furnishing bail bonds.
