JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Murder of the wife of this petitioner was committed by some unknown person and FIR was registered on the fardbeyan of Ramshankar Kumar against unknown. The wife of this petitioner was aged about 50 years. During investigation, it reveals that only material against the petitioner is suspicion. A compromise petition has also been filed before the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59089 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parsa Bazar Police Station Case No.76 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
