2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 118, 126, 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Sonu Kumar, alleged that on 01.08.2024 at about 6:30 PM, electric connection at his factory was disconnected and when he asked his staff, namely Bimlesh Kumar, to start the line, he went to continue the same upon which, this petitioner started abusing him and while Bimlesh Kumar was checking the line, in the meantime, this petitioner started the connection as a result of which Bimlesh Kumar got electric shock and sustained burn injuries. It is further alleged that on 05.06.2024 at 4 PM again,

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and the alleged occurrence has not been committed by this petitioner and rather petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. As a matter of fact, staff of informant was checking the electrical connection of the factory and during course of the same, he got electrical sock and sustained burn injuries. The present F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 6 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and delay in lodging of the F.I.R., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
