The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015, a case under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against un-known. The husband of the victim has already been allowed bail by coordinate Bench of this Court, vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59439 of 2017 (5) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Dhaka Police Station Case No. 114 of 2015 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
