The petitioner seeks bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 02.08.2017 at about 4:30 am while he was returning on his motorcycle after attending the Office, three unidentified persons on motorcycle overpowered him and snatched away the motorcycle along with one Laptop, some official documents, original certificates of his brother, two stamp papers or Rs. 50/- each, bank pass-books and two mobile phones.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely

It has been further submitted that the name of petitioner has only surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Prabhu Kumar Ratan and except that confessional statement nothing incriminating has been found against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.05.20108. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. cum Sub-judge-11th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017.
