The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan Jitna P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire case is false and fabricated and has been lodged after one month of the alleged offence and no plausible explanation has been made regarding delay in filing the present first information report. It is further submitted that it is a case of love affairs and the present case is nothing but the result of an afterthought.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30337 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan Jitna P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
