JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.02.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 150 litres of liquor was seized. He submits that the petitioner was apprehended by the police while returning from religious place. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special
