The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The informant made allegation that the petitioners wanted to grab her land by executing false sale deed. There appears that there is land dispute between the parties and on account of such the informant lodged the present bcase making allegation under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period
