This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to respondent for payment of his arrears of salary from 01-01-2006 to 31-03-2020 which the principal forwarded the copy to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7711 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2020 2/2 Registrar, L.N.M. University, Darbhanga and leave encashment of 131 days lying due with the university as well as other arrears of salary, since the petitioner retired on 31-01-2016 as Associate Professor, Department of History, G.D. College, Begusarai under L.N.M. university.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of his representation vide Annexure-3 to the present writ application, which has been filed before the respondentauthority. Considering the relief(s) sought for in the present writ application, the Registrar, L.N.M. University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga, P.S. and District-Darbhanga (respondent No.

4) is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 to the present writ application within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
