Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegations against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and two others allegedly by means of Khukhri and Farsa but submissions on behalf of the petitioners is that all injured of this case sustained simple injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that there is case and counter-case between the parties and as a matter of fact, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24821 of 2016 (2) dt.15-06-2016 2/2 free fight took place between the parties on account of land disputes.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking into fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa, in Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
