This is a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law and is about 60 years old and that she was not present in the house at the time of alleged occurrence. General and omnibus allegation have been made against her. She has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case and she is in jail custody since 08.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
