The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with STR No. 38 of 2023, arising out of Garhi P.S. Case No. 10/2022 registered under Sections 147/148/149/341/504/302/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

During investigation, it has come that deceased was killed at the instance of the petitioner and the C.D.R. also points out to the involvement of the petitioner. Petitioner has also criminal antecedent.

This application is dismissed.
