JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH 04-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in relation to Lakhisarai (Ramgarh)P.S. Case No. 517/2011 instituted under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 336, 337, 338, 307, 353, 186, 187, 189, 283, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., but his name has transpired in course of investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that three persons, who were named in the F.I.R. and who were alleged to be responsible and injured the policemen, have already been granted bail in anticipation of arrest by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 14630 of 2012 by order dated 20-4-2012.
