In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order of maintenance by which the old mother of the petitioner has been granted maintenance of Rs. 4000/- per month.

It is the duty of the petitioner to maintain his old

In the opinion of this Court, there is no illegality in the impugned order inasmuch as the petitioner is not able to point out any illegality in the impugned order of maintenance. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with cost.
