This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No.119 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.549 of 2023) registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.42368 of 2023. 4.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner got her husband shot.

In the trial, the husband of the petitioner has deposed that he has good relationship with the petitioner, who is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21923 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 his wife and she was not involved in the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, VIII, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.549 of 2023).
