At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submitted that the order dated 08.04.2015 passed in Civil Review No.366 of 2012 has been set aside by a Division Bench vide order and Judgment dated 27.10.2016 in L.P.A. No.1271 of 2015. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition, having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
