The petitioner (s) seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, about 40 litres of foreign liquour was recovered from the vehicle which was being boarded by two persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.10.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

No.53280 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 296 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
