Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged that on 30.06.2020 he was making decoration and after finishing the work of decoration, he was returning home when at about 10:00 PM, Aman Kumar and Shivam Kumar (petitioners) caught hold of him and started abusing and assaulting him. It is further alleged that they also snatched cash of Rs. 11000/- and some other valuable articles and threatened to kill him.

No.33148 of 2021(2) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to animosity and rivalry. It has been further submitted that occurrence took place on 30.06.2020 but FIR was lodged on 05.07.2020 after delay of 5 days without any explanation. No injury has been found on the person of informant. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 371 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/veenaU T
