The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the alleged defalcated amount, the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, which is more than 20% of the amount required to be deposited.

No.31909 of 2015 (3) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Priyadarshi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Raxaul at Motihari, in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.29 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
