Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 2, 17, 27, 29, 31 of the W.L.P. Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they were apprehended when they were carrying forest material i.e. wood logs. The petitioners are in custody since 15.10.2017 and have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, on completion of four months of custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58380 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with I.F.
