Patna High Court CWJC No.5124 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 relief:- "1. That the petitioners pray for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to absorb the petitioners on the post of Class-III and Class-IV (According to qualification) under the Respondent State as the petitioners are ex-instructors of adult and nonformal Education on several grounds including that the State Government has decide to absorb the non-formal Education Supervisor on Class-III post as also Respondent State has decided to absorb the Ex- instructors of Adult and non-formal and Mass Education, And/ Or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
