This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Majhauliya P.S. Case No.795 of 2023 (S. Tr. No.220 of 2024) registered for the offence punishable under sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed his wife. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has a two and half years male child who is staying with the parents of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2023.

Considering the aforesaid submission of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20146 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, III, Bettiah, West Champaran / concerned Court below, in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.795 of 2023(S. Tr. No.220 of 2024), subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer on the date fixed in the trial.
