The petitioner has been in custody since 27.05.2018 in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 341/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the girl has stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. that the petitioner has not kidnapped her and she had herself gone away after a quarrel with the parents with regard to her study and she has not alleged anything against the petitioner and submitted that he had, in fact, helped her in escaping from her parents and that she wants to go back to them. P.C. marked as Annexure-2, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, 1st, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 341/2018.
