The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this application is directed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to make appointments within a scheduled time frame in pursuance to advertisement published in one of the local daily "Hindustan" dated 2-122001 to the post of 4th grade employees in the Collectoriate of Bhagalpur considering the case of the petitioners in accordance with law."

Considering the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit to the effect that the process of consideration of the candidates on the post of 4th grade employees is yet to be completed, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
