ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2017 in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No.442 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 153A(2)/295/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named on the basis of the CCTV coverage. However, the petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent and other similarly situated co-accused persons, who have also been named on the basis of the CCTV footage, have been extended the privilege of bail by this Court. Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58904 of 2017 (2) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No.442 of 2017.
