The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2018, in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018, for the offence registered under Sections 365,366,498,379,34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire prosecution case is false and fabricated against the petitioner and his brother-in-law and other accused persons and the entire story is not worthy of credence. It is further submitted that there is no specific role attributed against the petitioner and he is languishing in jail and having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
