The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.417 of 2017, a case under Sections 452/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of theft of mobile phones is against unknown. Allegation is that one of the mobile phones was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner had purchased the same from his friend whose name has transpired in the casediary. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58190 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.417 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
