1. The present modification petition is being filed as to modify the condition of bail order as imposed by this Court against appellant/petitioner through Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4354 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025, wherein it was directed specifically to appellant as to surrender before the trial court within six weeks of the order.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel that due to health issues and also traffic position due to "Kumbh Mela", the petitioner could not approach court within stipulated period of time.

3. Taking note of aforesaid submission and also for the reasons explained in present modification petition, it

Accordingly, now appellant is directed to surrender before the learned trial court within three weeks as of now i.e. by 28.03.2025.

4. It is made clear that no further modification petition shall be entertained in future.

5. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 10.01.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4354 of
