====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with G.R.P Jahanabad (G.R.P Taregna) P.S. Case No.31 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 147 of Railway Act. Informant, who is a Police Officer, in his written complaint has alleged that on 09.05.2018 at about 9:45 P.M., he received an information that some suspects were wandering on the railway platform. After reaching at the railway platform he saw that those suspects were trying to flee away from there on seeing the police party but they were apprehended after chase and from the possession of the petitioner one blade and Rs.150/- were recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45693 of 2018(2) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Railway, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Jahanabad (G.R.P Taregna) P.S. Case No.31 of 2018.
