2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that show cause has been filed and from perusal thereof, it transpired that grievance of the petitioner has not been settled.

3. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that in compliance of the order, it has been ascertained that in what area, the petitioner is residing and for what area he is claiming.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the order, liberty has already been granted to the petitioner to take

5. After perusal of this, this Court is of the view that this case is not fit for contempt.
