This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sare P.S. Case No.10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498-A and 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed his wife. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased had committed suicide and an application to this effect has been filed by the prosecution in the Court below.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20165 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the Court below after the deposition of the informant is recorded in the trial.
