JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance against respondent no. 6 to hand over the selection letter of the post of Anganbadi Sevika, the remedy for her in the first instance would be before the concerned District Programme Officer, ICDS Cell Collectorate, Begusarai and/or before the Collector of the district.
