Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 04/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

The petitioners are ladies and it is their case that they were not staying at the place of occurrence and it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act cum Sessions Judge, Nalanda At Biharsharif in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 04/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
