Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2023 and there is a recovery of 50 liters of country made wine.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18539 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-II-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S.
