2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 421 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 329(4), 352 of the BNS, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of injuring the victim with fire-arm.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.11.2024.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
