Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 384, 385 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that similarly situated co-accused, (1) Md. Dablu @ Md. Equabal and (2) Md. Jabbar have already been allowed bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.27087 of 2018, considering the fact that main allegation of demand of ransom is against co-accused, Md. Miraj and ransom was paid to Md. Miraj.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of the investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43921 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sultanganj Police Station Case No.388 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
