Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 429, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B)/34 of Indian Penal Code under Section 30 (a) 32 (I) (B)/36/41 (I) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018. It is alleged that 1770 liters and 390 ml Mahua liquor was recovered from three different vehicles.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners name have been transpired only on the basis of suspicion. No incriminating material has been

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur in connection with Lakhnaur Police Station Case No 139 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
