This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 07.06.2014, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ara in Complaint Case No. 2413(C) of 2013, wherein learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against these petitioners for offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36354 of 2014 (3) dt.28-08-2017 withdrawal of the application with a liberty to raise all such points which are available to them at the time of framing of charge.
Liberty is granted.
