The petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in CWJC No.16824 of 2016. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.5 by which the order passed vide no.02 of 2018-19 communicated vide memo no.08-0277 dated 20.03.2019 has been attached showing rejection of the representation of the petitioner.
