While the father of the informant (deceased) was engaged in filling earth, Ramayan Singh, Satish Singh, Jhuna Singh, Kanti Devi, armed with lathi and rod, came and assaulted the father as well as mother and the informant himself. Case and counter case has been launched on that very score. Considering omnibus allegation, the other co-accused have already been granted bail under Cr.Misc.No. 59456/2019 as well as Cr.Misc.No. 59353/2019.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Jhunna Kumar Singh @ Jhunna Singh @ Jhunan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
