Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR, though the other accused are named. Informant is not an eye-witness of the actual occurrence.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khodawandpur Police Station Case No. 155 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58488 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
