2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 24.12.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 698 of 2016 (Trial No. 1058/2017) having earlier been rejected bail by order dated 04.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16435 of 2017.
